Chicago, IL. January 2, 2009 - @properties real estate brokerage announced today that the Stack & Associates sales team has agreed to join the @properties new Bucktown office after a successful nine-year stint with Koenig & Strey GMAC.

The Stack & Associates team, made up of agents Brent Stack, Christopher Mundy and Annie Henry, ranked 34th overall out of a total of 1,378 Koenig & Strey agents nationally in 2007. This placed them amongst an elite set of agents - they are part of the top 2% of agents nationwide within GMAC and part of the top 1% of all real estate agents in the United States.

In response to the timing of the move, Brent Stack shared the following. "The timing could not have been better for our team. We have shared many great years with the Koenig & Strey family but with the companies pending sale this fall, we reviewed our options and determined @properties would provide the best tools, atmosphere and vision for the changing Chicago market.”
